    Mexico City

Mexico City is a metropolis of contrasts — where Aztec temples meet baroque cathedrals and rooftop spas crown sleek hotels. Days are filled with colour and culture, from Diego Rivera’s vast murals to markets spilling with chilies and flowers, while evenings drift into plazas alive with song and mezcal. For the wellness seeker, the city offers a softer side: serene courtyards, temazcal-inspired rituals, and rooftop pools where warm waters mingle with views across the Valley of Mexico.

    Valladolid

Valladolid is a Yucatán gem where pastel colonial façades line quiet plazas, and cenotes hide just beyond the cobblestones. These sinkholes — cool, crystal pools fed by underground rivers — offer some of the region’s most enchanting swims. In town, markets brim with Yucatec flavours like cochinita pibil, while convents and churches echo with centuries of history. Valladolid is slower than the coast, a place of calm beauty and authentic rhythms.

    Tulum

Framed by white sands and turquoise Caribbean waters, Tulum is a beach town with ancient soul. Its clifftop Mayan ruins overlook the sea, while inland, jungle-fringed cenotes offer shaded swims. Wellness is woven into daily life — yoga studios, eco-spas, and temazcal rituals are as common as beach bars. Once a backpacker haven, Tulum has grown into a chic retreat, yet still holds moments of barefoot simplicity.

    Mérida

Capital of the Yucatán, Mérida brims with colonial mansions, leafy plazas, and a cultural vibrancy that blends Maya heritage with Spanish influence. The city pulses with music and dance — from weekend street festivals to trova guitar serenades in open squares. Food is central: cochinita pibil, panuchos, and fiery salsas served in bustling markets and elegant restaurants alike. Nearby cenotes and hacienda spas offer cool relief from the tropical heat, making wellness part of the city’s rhythm. Mérida is both historic and forward-looking — a warm, welcoming hub of art, flavour, and tradition.

    Day 4. Valladolid’s Cenotes

Spend the day exploring the crystalline waters of nearby cenotes. Swim in the light-filled cavern of Cenote Suytun and the lush sinkhole of Ik Kil, its vines cascading toward the turquoise water. Day 5. Valladolid → Tulum

Journey south to Tulum, where the jungle meets the Caribbean. Stop en route for a refreshing cenote swim before arriving at your eco-chic beachfront retreat. In the evening, join a private temazcal ceremony — a traditional Mayan steam lodge led by a healer, combining volcanic stones, herbs, and ritual

    Day 6. Tulum’s Cenotes & Ruins

Visit two of the region’s most iconic cenotes: Dos Ojos, with its twin limestone caverns, and Gran Cenote, with clear blue waters framed by jungle. In the afternoon, tour Tulum’s clifftop ruins overlooking the turquoise sea. Sunset cocktails on the sand before a seafood dinner under the palms.
